Mr. Farush Effendy bin Abdul Rahim is the co-founder for DRIXEM Sdn Bhd (Formerly Known as Alternative Webmaster Sdn Bhd). His 9 years of working experience includes being a Department Supervisor for a retailing company, Marketing Executive for P&G Distributor, and Senior Associate. Started as Sales Assistant after completing SPM, he was appointed right away as training Assistant Supervisor in two months. Two years later, he is promoted to Department Supervisor. His diligence, commitment and willing to learn are the main factors he was assigned to responsibility to manage Five departments of non-food section. His tasks include negotiating price and stock orders with buyers and supervising staff for daily operation. He does not only supervise people but monitoring sales as well. The average sales under his supervision are around RM 200k per month.
After four and a half year working there, he decided to continue his study due to his understanding of the importance of getting better education. In October 2001, he quit his jobs as Department Supervisor. While waiting for an offer to study, he join M.C. Mok Sdn Bhd; one of P&G Distributor in Negeri Sembilan area that time. There, he works as Marketing Executive doing sales at supermarkets, mini-markets and retail shops. His tasks include taking merchandise goods order from buyer and retailer at customers’ outlet to accomplish his sales objective. His individual sales average was more than RM 100K per month. He was there for almost 7 months before getting an offer to further his study at IA-USM taking Diploma of Management course in May 2002. During that time, he works as part time as the Senior Associate but he quit in May 2004 to set-up Alternative Webmaster Sdn Bhd. His great effort and endless spirit showed in his remarkable result as he received 3.82 Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) on his diploma. Even though he works daily from 6pm to 11pm everyday, this achievement he gets was truly astounding. After completing his diploma course, he continued his studies at Universiti Sains Malaysia taking Bachelor of Management degree programme. He obtained his first degree with CGPA of 3.59.
